Annappa G, a postgraduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, brings in over 35 years of varied experience in handling human resource function in hard-core manufacturing companies like TVS, Kennametal (then called Widia India) and Wipro. He retired as General Manager-Human Resources from Wipro Infrastructure Engineering where he was responsible for HR operations of plants in India and China.

With his vast exposure in setting up plants in India & China, experimenting various employee engagement models and sustaining a collaborative and engaging work culture, brings in invaluable insights into creative and productive engagement of employees at workplace.
